A suggestion regarding setBar(Bar.BgColor)

Hi. The setBarBgColor(color [, series] [, yMin] [, yMax]) function provides the option of painting the background color of a bar between two specified values. But these yMin/yMax parameters presently can not be adjusted by setBar(Bar.BgColor) which is only capable of adjusting the entire background of a bar. I’d like to suggest that the setBar(Bar.BgColor) be given the capability to adjust the Min/Max parameters.
