I want to create an alert file that will allow me to import or manually enter multiple price alerts for multiple symbols.
For instance, symbol ABC, has 3 named price alerts that I can import from calculations I already do in excel. When price action for this symbol hits one of these prices, that named alert is activated and placed in my triggered alert list window.
Currently I do the calculations in excel and manually bring up an advanced chart, position my cursor at the price, right mouse click to set an alert, add a comment (name of alert) on the alert and hit ok.
This is a time consuming process that I'm sure can be cut down to a more manageable process.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
