entering many horizontal lines onto chart

Hi
I would like to enter at least 12 horizontal lines each day to my chart.
it would be very good if i could have a name for each line e.g. "prev. high" "prev. value area high" etc.
is there a program (efs) that help me do it (entering the lines) all at once - and not each line by itself?
