A "time ruler" would be handy

I am aware of the bar distance ruler. Would it be possible to show instead of the number of bars the number of minutes involved? (I can do the multiplication easily enough, but since it's so straight forward, I though it might be programmable.)

Yeah, I know, easy for me to say.
