Pivot price range

I'm trying to locate a script or help that will print the price range of pivots on a chart. So if a a primary pivot low was 33.25 and the high is 38.75 the range is 5.5 and that would be displayed above the high. Along if there any major, intermediate or minor pivots along the way either up or down that would be displayed also at the pivot high or low.
