Where Did Tools -> EFS Go?

Hi, following the tutorials many of the EFS scripts guides mention Tools -> EFS -> ... However the EFS menu item is gone from eSignal 12. For example Tools -> EFS -> Encrypt/Decrypt. I am wondering where this menu item has gone.
