Hi Alex,
I have been searching for some information on strategy development. I have a few concepts but it is not clear to me how to control a strategy.
For example, I have 3 or 4 different things that I want to use to enter a trade, but I only want to allow one to be active at a time. I want to be able to select which one is active. Is there a way to create a control panel, such as the Trade Manager, so that I can put in buttons and drop boxes to allow me to choose which strategy I want to use and when it will and will not be active? I would also like to be able to use it to select and implement the built in money management strategies with my entry strategies.
I have read through the strategy development guide but I have not found the information I am looking for. I have also tried some searches but have not been successful finding much on strategies. I don't want to totally automate my entire trade through the strategy but rather create some entry strategies and then use the built in MMS to manage the trade after the entry.
Any direction to literature or search categories would be helpful.
