  • Incorrect time intervals depending on timeframe

    Dear Jay & team,

One again a very stable version however I have a new issue again.

On some 5 min charts, the x axis is correct ie 10am, 10.30am, 11am etc.

    On some its 9.30am, 10.20am, 11am, 1140am etc.

    On 3 min charts its 9.30am, 9.51am, 10.12am.

On 9 min charts its 9.30am, 11am, 12.12am, 13.42am and then thats it till the EOD.

    Very strange?

    Any solution available to this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Khalsa,

We are aware of this, and this is part of an optional scaling method that we are introducing in 6.1. However, we didn't get the toggle in place in time for the beta release. What will happen for the gold release is that the old time labeling methods will be on by default (called "Abbreviate Time Labels", but you'll have the option of turning that off to give more precise bar labeling as you are seeing right now.

      Dear Jay,

Thank you for your reply and that certainly clears up the confusion.

Look forward to the next release as this may be more accurate but its not easy to see the times the cadles complete anymore if one looks for movement at set times of the day, ie 8.30.am EST (figures), 10am EST (figures), 10.30am EST, 1.30pm EST, 2.30pm EST and 8.30pm EST.

Any idea on timescale of GOLD release?

      Thanks again.
