(1690) QCWTOOL errors

Once a workspace is saved using build 1690, attempting to use the QCWTOOL to copy lines from one symbol to another errors. I have no idea who wrote the QCWTOOl or what their relationship to ESignal is but I thought I would mention it here instead of the standard QCharts forums.

Once I opened the erroring workspace back up in build 1550 and saved it with that build the QCWTool worked as expected.
