(1690) Quote Sheets - symbols replace/duplicate

In a Quote Sheet, symbols will "jump in" from other Quote Sheets. Additionally, symbols will (seemingly randomly) replace other symbols with a duplicate of itself. Typically, this happens with the very next symbol, sometimes it will skip a line or two. For the developers, this is a continuing item.
