A new feature allowing "popout" windows from Advanced GET has been added. This is especially useful for traders who have a multiple monitor setup. With most windows programs, the files (or in this case charts) that are open within the program, must remain within the confines of the programs boarder. In the case of Advanced GET, the charts must have remained within all the toolbars, which created the boarder of the Advanced GET Window.
With the new version of Advanced GET 9.0, one is able to "break the boundries" of the software, and pop charts outside of the GET window onto another monitor. With a 4 monitor setup, one can have a dashboard on one monitor, Scanner on the 2nd, chart on the 3rd, and their Broker window on the 4th! Here is a shot of my 2 monitor setup:
To accomplish popping out a window, simply press the Resize button (the middle of the 3 buttons in the upper right hand corner of the chart, being careful not to hit the one for the Advanced GET program itself.) Once you have the chart smaller than full sized within the software, you will notice some BLUE buttons just to the left of the three you normally see. The one on the Right will make your chart a Floating Window. Once you press it, you can drag that chart onto another monitor, or elsewhere outside of the Advanced GET screen.
