I am glad to see things fixed now.
Reading the above link I noticed that you stated how there were approximately 15,000 customers that remained connected throughout the day for the most part. Approximately how many customers were without data for the most part?

As esignal has been growing are there now servers outside of U.S. ?

Thanks for your patience today.

For competitive reasons, I can't give you exact numbers but it's safe to say that thousands of users experienced the problem today.

We are taking today's outage very seriously and will be concentrating many resources on both investigative and preventative measures.

Edit: All servers are currently located in the US but we are certainly eyeing the possibility of locating a server farm in Europe and Asia/Pacific.
