Can anyone advise where I might obtain historical data series comrising the aggregate p/e, dividend yield, historic earnings and forward earning of the companies comprising various UK and European equity indices. I am particularly interested in the FTSE100, the FTSE350, the DAX30, Stoxx50 and CAC40.
I know I can calculate them on a daily basis (except for forward earnings) from regular Esignal feeds but I need data (preferably daily, but weekly would do) going back as far as possible - say 10 years or so.
