Can E-Signal Feed be made uniform across two computers?

I am having a problem in running the 150T chart on two different machines. They both start out the same in the morning, and generally through the day the time on each bar starts to change, giving completely diffferent trading results from one machine to the next.

Is there a way to set up your own price server on a local network or to ensure that two computers get the same exact feed? I take it that the timing of the tick bars is sent down via the feed, and not something constructed on the fly on the machine?
