dynaloader won't download historical data

When I try to download history I get a delay which says "in que"
and then it tries to connect to the server and says " can't find server" Error # 114 WIN_SOCK. I am using Windows 2000,
Service Pack 3 with Tradestation 2000i prosuite. Does someone know how to fix this.
