I can appreciate the frustration associated with dealing with all our recent tick server problems but as you can see from this announcement we've experienced multiple problems over the past 3 weeks.
Please be more specific when you are reporting problems. What problems are you seeing, what symbols are you using, etc. Our Network Operations team works 24/7 but we need additional information. I just checked interval charts for $INDU, ES #F and several stocks and they appear OK. What are you seeing??
I'm seeing data on all those symbols from yesterday. Here's CSCO.
That doesn't mean there's not a problem, it just may mean the problem is isolated to 1 or more specific tick servers. Please try exiting and restarting eSignal a few times and see if the data re-appears. While still seeing the missing data, please PM me with your eSignal username and note the exact time. With your username, we'll be able to see what server you are connected to.
I can't promise we'll be able to address this tonite but at least I can give our Engineers a heads-up and hopefully, you'll see the data again when you get switched to another tick server.
Got another update post the PM I sent you earlier. We have located the offending tick server and took it offline. If you continue to have problems, please post here with as much detail as possible and we'll keep checking the server farm in case this problem wasn't isolated to the one server. Engineers will be looking into this further as well.
Thanks.
P.S. I changed the title of this thread to make it more reflective of the discussion.
I'm also missing data from friday in many symbols
restarts aren't helping.
It looks like we've got a few more servers to repair .JNPR, NVDA,RMBS, AMGN are bad. SNDK and EBAY are fine.
