I am using ver 7.5 build 627.
It seems that I have specific symbols that will not update or hold data once saved for options on the daily charts. I have hit ctrl and green bar and still come up with no data. It appears that I can only get the data if it is entered into my portfolio sheet and I sym link the chart to the symbol and call up data thru the portfolio. I then save my page but everytime I load up esignal I am again left with empty data for the daily chart. As you can see from images below some dailys for options chart do work, with the data being saved from the previous session.
Anyone else have this happening? tia
1st image is on manually calling up data from my portfolio( CAT UTX and XAU), all data is listed. Page is saved at this point.
2cd image is after page has been saved with data then shutting down esig and then booting bak up. Here is where the ctrl hit Ok doesnt' work and I have to get data from hitting my symbols on portfolio sheet again.
