Dax delyed compared to IB and JTrader

Dax data is delayed by almost 5 min.

When will it be solved? How can we trade with delays like 3 or 4 seconds between InteractiveBrokers and eSignal? (not counting missing ticks, as eSignal is very slow on EUREX).

What is the latest status about this? I hope you don't consider it solved, I noticed it 2 days ago while in a trade.
