Focus Outline Question

I like a lot the focus outline feature in the watchlist. The only problem is when I have an auto sort on an indicator. As it is now the focus outline focuses on a specific line number and not on a specific symbol. If I focus on a symbol and then there is a resort, the focus outline doesn't follow the symbol in the new position but it doesn't move - basically is not focusing anymore on what I just clicked.
Is there a way to have the focus outline to actually follow the symbol? That would make more sense to me.
