Hi All, has anyone experienced issues with eSignal 12.7 64 bit version, when installed on Windows 10, with an OEM OS install, and 3rd party encrypted studies? Our Log files (all logs - DllContainer, Efsservicues, eSignal) says there's a problem with reading the channel (109) and the logs terminate end after that.... unlike a known good install... We did have an issue with .NET 2.0.50727 being required but not installed... and that particular dialog went away after installing .Net 3.5 as Microsoft support site suggested...
We're looking for advice on things that we can try as neither the 64, nor 32 bit versions seem to work, nor eSignal 11 nor eSignal 10.6 after multiple installs and support has gone home for the day...
