can't load page and run EFS after upgrade to 10.2

After upgrade to ver 10.2 frm 8.0, I can no longer open the page.

And even on new page, I get error msg when I load the EFS.

Would you pls advise why? Is the new version not backward compatible?

Second, can you change the EFS/page so I can load them up in the new version?

Attached are my files (page, EFS, library). There are some sound files but they are not included as they are not crucial.

The page appears to be loading fine at my end using version 10.2 (see enclosed image)
As to the efs error this appears to be in line 752 of the Intraday EMA levels 10 min.efs where you are changing the property of a variable (using the toFixed() method) that is at some point null thereby causing the error. Add a null check for that variable eg
if(myVariable==null) return;
which should resolve that error

I hv tried again:
i) I still can't open the page. I get the msg "can't open" (in Chinese)
ii) I open a new page and load the EFS. I get the msg "Loading Data..." forever when I try to load Intraday EMA levels 10 min.efs

Actually I ran into this with ver 10.1 too. That is why I am still using ver 8.0 until now

I passed your information on to eSignal's developers and have been informed that they were able to reproduce the problem when running the OS in Chinese language (which explains why I could not replicate it). From what I have been told a fix should be implemented in one of the upcoming releases. In the mean time you may want to continue using version 8

I need to use the EFS on a new Tablet PC. I would like to use the latest version as its CPU is not so far. I want to reduce its workload by using a new version.

If the revision isn't provided in a short period of time, can you do me a favour by checking how the speed of the attached EFS can be improved?
