Seek help w/ T&S Settings

I'm wishing to set up some bare bones T&S windows, showing only time, price and size. Upon initially opening a new window, price is either displayed in green or black. The only way I have found to show red is to select 'Trade Inside' within the Properties window, and then change the Foreground color to red for this item. When I make this change, then the price colors I am seeing do not match those of another user, whom I do not know personally, but who has stated he is using default settings. To be more specific, as pertains to the ES mkt, I only wish to see trades at bid and trades at ask in the correct colors of red and green, respectively. Thanks for any info forthcoming. Regards ...

I believe this issue will be resolved by moving to eSignal version 10.4

Can you go to www.esignal.com/download and upgrade to that version, and let us know how it goes.
