real time moving average scan alert

I am looking to set up an alert in the advance charts or quote window which will alert me when a stock falls back to or rises to its exponential 20 period moving average on a 5 minute candlestick chart. I can watch a chart and see when this happens but I would like an alert to pop up when it happens.
