Time templates edit window

I would like to suggest eSignal make the time tempaltes edit window size adjustable. Currently if the time template name length is not short, it is not possible to display all fields without getting some fields partially hiden. Also it would be great to allow manually move each time template up or down freely. Right now, any new time template would be displayed at the bottom of template list. If I have two groupd of templates like

Futures_5Days
Futures_4Days
Futures_3Days
Index_5Days
Index_4Days
Auto_Dynamic

and I wouldlike to insert a new template Futures_2Days in the middle, I have to edit the xml file from outside of esignal, which is not convenient.
