setting Time templent for FOREX

Dear All,

I need to set up JPY A0-fx chart to starts from 20: 00 EST - 4: 00 EST ( Tokyo market oping hours) and i was not able to do so ( see the file ) I have spoken with eSignal support and i was informed with this issue as " Server Side Aware" . has anyone heard of this before or has solve this issue..

This shouldn't be a problem. You should be able to set those hours in the chart via the Time Template. As you can see in the below image the chart is showing the correct hours based on the hours specified in the Time Template.
