ondemand data export?

Hi.

I looked up and saw that
ondemand can't use DDE.
Then, is there no way I can export data to EXCEL(or ASCII)?
I asked it to sales department
and they said "manually" I can do it.

What does this exactly mean?
If there's price of
'Day 1: open 100, high 110, low 95, close 99'
'Day 2: open 100, high 105, low 100, close 103'
....
do I have to "type" every of it to export to excel?
or can I just copy and paste it to excel?
