Isn't Ondemand compatible with MC?

Hi.

I'm using eSignal ondemand.
I recently started using Multicharts
and tried to use esignal ondemand as a data source for
Quote manager of MC.

MC's manual says all I need to do is to make sure that
Data manager is working properly.
It works properly, of course.

But, after I inserted some symbols to chart it, there's no data.
I checked esignal's connection on Quote manager of MC,
and found that it says "no connection".
Absolutely it was connected, because I could do charting on eSignal ondemand.

On your website's product tab about Ondemand,
it says some 3rd parties are compatible.
MC is not compatible?
What 3rd parties are compatible?
