Sometimes eSignal.exe continues running after ver11 is closed

Sometimes eSignal.exe remains listed in the Windows 7 64 bit Task Manager after ver11 is closed. So it continues to run. This may cause some of the problems I noted in previous posts if I open ver11 after previously closing it yet it somehow remained running in the background.
