Esignal personnel don't seem to understand that use of tools like this is our business and we can be dead in the water without prompt immediate support. How would Jay or others there like it if one of their service providers was not keeping their systems up and running so that their pay checks stopped coming in. I don't know many businesses that will tolerate that very long...
