Percent Change y-axis in 11?

In 11, can multiple symbols be overlayed, all with a common percent change Y-axis (without needing an efs) as shown below?

(I am trying to determine what parts of my existing layout I can replace with improved 11.0 parts while running both 10.6 and 11 together, and until I can reproduce my complete 10.6 layout in 11)
