Hidden titlebars on detached windows.

When you open a page which has an attached window with a hidden titlebar you can just click anywhere on the top border and bring the titlebar back into view. But you can't do so with a detached window. With a detached window you have to double click on the hard to see thingamajig in the upper left hand corner to open the titlebar. Once opened you can hide it and then open it the second time around by just clicking anywhere on the top border, but not the first time.

Offhand I can't imagine why but if for some reason it's supposed to be this way for detached windows, it would seem that the place to double click should at least be made more obvious.
