In eS11.0.2209.814 64-bit I right click on a symbol and select Add Alert. I select out of range, for example Close Above 29.00 and Below 28.00 on symbol NOG.
Current price of NOG is 31.70 (looks outside of range to me), alert panel shows the alert definition but it does not show it as fired nor is there a Current Value in that column or in any other of the alerts I have set.
To me this looks like Alerts are broken.
