Line tools weakness and limited data in 240 min

I have two points. The first of which harks back to my complaints about esignal 10.6 i made over 2 years ago and have never been dealt with. The Andrews Pitchfork tool cannnot be used to draw a histoircal pitchfork using pivots before before 1999. Now i find that if i pull up $DJII in the monthly draw a PF off the 1974 low and scroll back & the whole esignal program closes /crashes having " encountered" a problem. What a shame you tweeked the code back in 2011/12 as the PF line tools have never worked properly since.
Secondly, why is data limited in the 240 min tme frame?
