Downloaded Version 7 and tested in Windows 8.1 64bit.
When starting and closing eSignal, I get this error :

Running eSignal_12.0.3475_x64, still the same error (only when I close the program).

Hi,

Try deleting that file and reinstalling the program--selecting the Repair option.
