Charts not loading

Having issues this am. For some reason, some charts are not loading (i.e. SRPT - LL - etc..)
Also, can't get any data on the 'Research' page to load (company profile, etc..), regardless of the ticker.
The person next to me who also uses Esignal, but on a different connection, is also having the same issues..
What gives ?

Now ALL charts are taking forever to load. About 15 seconds.

Esignal is now dead. No data is loading although 'connection status' is green and data manager indicates that 'System performing normally'.
Anybody out there ?

Hi,

There was a technical issue in the morning that was causing charts to load very slowly. The network engineers have resolved this issue and now data should load normally.
