esignal appears to stop updating

Every once in a while one of my esignal charts appears to stop updating the chart. Then when I click the chart it fixes itself and fills in all the updated information from the time it had appeared to have stopped updating.

How can I make this not happen so that anytime I look at an esignal chart it will always appear updated to the present moment? Thank you.
