$TVOLQ Chart problem

Hi,

When charting Nasdaq total volume I get a negative number on the last bar on the volume indicator, but on the chart it seems correct. I'm on v 7.8 build 688. I tried refreshing the chart, but not logging off and back on (not a preferred method of correction).

Hi Epstein,

Because the actual volume is being tracked with the chart data itself, we don't need the volume indicator as it sort of serving double duty. The volume indicator looks at volume while the chart data looks at the last price, because in this case, the volume is the last price, we should just focus on the chart data exclusively. In regards to the negative number you mentioned; it is quite possible that a bad tick came through in volume but not in last price which could explain why the chart data was not affected.
