ID/PW Error
I trade stocks at a firm that uses esignal. Sometimes I trade at home. I have been logging on from home for a long time now with no problems.
Then yesterday night, I get id/pw error. Everything is correct and I even tried a few id/pw of my trading buddies and still can't get in.
We have all logged out at the office and all of our id/pw are active.
I have bypassed my router (even though it was no problem earlier) and uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted but the problem still exists.
Why can't I log into esignal?
