Is there a limit on the maximal number of rows in portfolio window? Also a portfolio window is saved using "Save as text", the saved file only contains the OHLCV data for the symbols instead of the comment, shares, entry/avg price, gain, etc. which are configured to be displayed in the portfolio window. How can I get the portfolio window saved correctly? Thanks.

There shouldn't be any kind of symbol limit in the Portfolio window. The "Save as Text" option is set to save specific information from the Portfolio window. Not all the columns that have been added or removed from the column headers will be included in that file. Another way to save the data, which may be a better option for you, is the "Manage Portfolio Log" under the Portfolio Options menu. By choosing this and then selecting "View Log File", it will open all of the information you've included in the Portfolio window including any notes that were added in the "Note to Log" area during the time in which the position was entered.
Once you choose to open the log file, it will open in Excel with the information from the Portfolio window.
