eSignal File Share

I don't seem to have permission to post this in the network status section so I thought I'd try here.

I'm still having problems getting in the File Share on the eSignal server: share.esignal.com

Just wondering if the problem really has been solved at the eSignal end? Perhaps there's a server between me and esignal that's caching the problem?
