Is there anything being done to make the Matket Profile charts usable? At present there is no user control over the density of ticks used and in the stock indexes the charts are drawn too condensed.

Also, no value areas is shown.

Market Profile

The current MP implementation is really rudimentary. Rather than trying to patch it up, it badly needs to be replaced ASAP with a competitive, advanced chart version.

In the meantime, I've never been able to get the current version to update properly in real-time. I have to refresh it every time I want to bring it up to date. I tried eSignal Live Rep several times with no success. Anybody out there with it updating fine in real-time? Anyone had/having this problem? Any thoughts on a fix?

Hi Tom,

Thank you for your question. We do plan to add this feature to the Advanced Charts, but we haven't nailed down a time table for release. Certainly, it won't be on this upcoming 7.3 release which is just weeks away and it's too early to tell if it will be on the one after.
