Tick Replay minimized

After I upgraded to eSig 7.9 (build 719) when I try to do a tick replay the dialog window is non-resizeable.

I have modified winsig.ini in c:\windows and deleted

[DlgPlayBackStatus4]
top=795
bottom=944
left=437
right=812

but the problem persists.

N.B. I have multiple monitors.

The tick replay window is set to a fixed size in 7.9. You will not be able to resize this window in the current version. If you would like our Development team to consider making this a resizable window in a later version, please send your suggestion to [email protected].

Thanks for your reply Jason, the difficulty is that the window is minimized, so I can't press the play button. All I can see is the title bar.

When you click on the minimized window's title bar, do you see the option to "Restore?"

OK, I worked it out, I'm sure I deleted [DlgPlayBackStatus4], however it was still there, perhaps I accidently deleted it from the backup, or it restored itself somehow. In any case it works now. Thanks for your help.

Hello Mike2,

I was able to reproduce the bug you encountered. If the window is minimized and then you close the window, the restore option is disabled when you relaunch the window from the Tools menu. The window is still in minimize mode but thinks its maximized. I've reported this to development, hopefully this one will be fixed for the next release.

Ah - the search feature worked!

Thanks Mike - deleting the [DlgPlayBackStatus4] section of the winsig.ini file solved the same problem for me.
