Since Friday I have had problems initializing eSignal or synchroniziing end of day data. E.g., I restarted eSignal about 25 minutes ago, and it has been sitting between 'trying' and 'NO TS' since than. I have end of the day data collection scripts that have been working for years, now (Friday and Monday) need to restart eSignal before they work. Today I restarted eSignal and got the data collected, but than could not extend my volume charts for 'ES #F' past the initial load.
I saw that there is a new eSignal Wizard product that has been having server problems. Is it possible that this is affecting the main data servers? Stiling 'trying....' 'NO TS' ....
