Printing Charts from Esignal

I have just purchased a Brother HL-1440 Printer. I am able to print MS Word,Excel, Internet Explorer pages among others, but not an Advanced Chart from Esignal. My attempts always cause an Winsig(sp) error and shut down Esignal. Any advice would be well taken....Thank you!
