New User of eSignal

I have just already subscribed eSignal. I can see the tick bar is collected in the advanced chart. However, I can't load the chart for any other time frame. Can anyone help me?

Serlect the chart then using the keyboard type a number corresponding to the desired interval ie 5 for 5 minutes, 15 for 15 minutes, etc.
For tick based intervals (ie Tick-bars, Volume-bars, Seconds-bars and Price Change-bars) type the number of units per bar followed by T, V, S or P. For a 500 tick bar you would use 500T

Thank you for your quick reply! I think I know how to operate the software. It seems I need to take time to collect enough data to have a 60 min bars chart.

There is a red box warning signal of user/PW. in the chart!

The red User PW status in the chart would suggest that you may have entered the Username and/or Password incorrectly.
See this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase on how to enter the Username and Password. Note that both the Username and the Password are case sensitive
