Here's a file with a lot of hard to get codes and some categories.

I am still working on this so the sheet may not be complete
Also, although all those data were somehow, somewhere extracted from the eSignal pages, many codes appear to be giving no data.
Of course, one never knows whether this is because the subscription does not cover it, or whether the code may not exist anymore.
