Properties window changes monitor

In my main layout, whatever pop-up or property window I call up it (now) always shows up in my right most monitor (previously it was always in the left most monitor where I want it)

All other page layouts show pop-ups/properties windows in the left monitor...

I've searched the forum...started a New Page layout, loading the old charts/quoteboard, etc...all to no avail...

Any ideas/suggestions?
