Synchronize tick charts

Does anybody know of a way to synchronize tick charts on multiple computers so the candles are the same? Apparently, the tick charts use the last reload or initial load to calculate the candles.

Also, on a single computer, if the data is reloaded, the candles will be different than the previous tick chart. Need to find a way to eliminate that variance in the tick charts.
