DDE in Excel

Hi,

I am using the sample excel provided to get some prices into a spreadsheet. It works fine for me except for UK Indices and Sectors. I can not get the Open, High, Low, Close prices for any of these although I get EOD data. Symbols that it affect are $UKX-FTSE and $NMX0530-FTSE. Can someone please help on how I can get this to work or even send a sample working spreadsheet.

As far as I can see at my end those symbols are returning data through DDE (see enclosed screenshot of the Excel Sample sheet).
FWIW those symbols require a subscription to the FTSE Indices so you may want to check that you have that included in your account. If it is and you are still unable to retrieve the data you may want to contact eSignal's support either directly or through LiveRep
