Is it possible to display price label on y-axle with decimal number

For those futures products which minimum price increment is in 1/32 or 1/64 pts, is it possible to display price label on y-axle with decimal number as other symbols such as ES, NQ, etc.?

Also when I send orders through EFS generic broker APIs, how can I convert/round/format the price correctly so that it may be accepted by my trading platform (I am using InteractiveBrokers) ?
